Requesting a return
For an ordinary change-of-mind return, contact service@vzkrmv.com within 30 days after delivery with your order number and the items you want to return. We will provide instructions and the correct destination. Do not send returns to the business address without instructions.
Return condition
Change-of-mind items must be unused, unwashed, complete and in their original packaging with labels. A memory book must have no writing, attached photographs or personal alterations. Washcloths and changing accessories that have been used or washed are not eligible for ordinary change-of-mind returns. These conditions do not remove rights relating to faulty, unsafe or misdescribed goods.
Return costs
For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for reasonable return postage unless we agree otherwise. Use a service that provides proof of dispatch. If we supplied the wrong item or the item was defective or damaged on arrival, we will cover reasonable necessary return costs or arrange another suitable remedy.
Refund review and timing
We will notify you after reviewing the returned item. Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds. Original delivery charges are refunded where required by law or where the return results from our error; otherwise they are not refundable once the delivery service has been provided.
Defective, damaged or incorrect items
Contact us promptly and explain the issue, including photographs where useful. We will assess the circumstances and provide the replacement, refund, repair or other remedy required by applicable law. Mandatory rights are not restricted to the 30-day change-of-mind period or to unused goods.
Exchanges and cancellations
Contact us to discuss an exchange; availability is not guaranteed. A separate return and new order may be needed. Cancellation requests can only be accepted if fulfillment can still be stopped. We will explain the available options before proceeding.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes applicable cancellation, warranty or consumer protection rights. Where mandatory local rights provide a longer period or different remedy, those rights apply.
