Delivery availability and charges
We deliver to destinations supported by our checkout. Available shipping services and their charges are displayed before payment. If no service is offered for your address, contact us before ordering.
Processing and delivery estimates
Order preparation begins after payment confirmation and any necessary verification. Any processing or delivery estimate communicated for your order forms the relevant estimate; please contact us before purchase if none is displayed and timing matters to you. Processing time is separate from carrier transit. We do not promise a fixed delivery date unless expressly agreed.
Tracking and split shipments
When tracking is available, shipment details are sent to the email supplied at checkout. A newly created label may not show movement immediately. Items may ship separately, and the fulfillment location may differ from our business address.
Correct delivery details
Check your delivery address and contact details before payment. Contact us quickly to request a correction; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins. Any proposed reshipping charge resulting from an incorrect customer-supplied address will be explained before a new shipment is arranged.
Delays, loss and delivery concerns
Weather, carrier disruptions, customs and holidays may affect estimates. If a shipment is delayed, apparently lost or marked delivered but missing, contact us with your order number. Check safe places, building reception and household members where appropriate. We will investigate and provide a suitable remedy where required; a carrier status alone does not decide every claim.
Damaged or incorrect deliveries
Contact us promptly with photographs of the item, packaging and label. Keep the packaging while the issue is reviewed. Confirmed errors or transit damage attributable to our supply will be addressed with an appropriate replacement, refund or other agreed remedy without charging you for our error.
Customs and import charges
Any duties or taxes included in the order total will be identified at checkout. Other destination-imposed charges may be payable by the recipient; contact us before ordering if you need clarification. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
